Data Security & Compliance

Last Updated: July 2, 2026

Organizations trust DocXAI to extract, classify, and orchestrate their most sensitive business intelligence at scale. Security is engineered into our cloud-native infrastructure with strict defense-in-depth principles and enterprise access controls.

1. Encryption Standards

Data State Encryption Standard Applied
In Transit TLS 1.3 / 1.2 protocols universally enforced with Perfect Forward Secrecy.
At Rest AES-256 bit encryption deployed across all system volumes, relational clusters, and object storage.

2. Infrastructure & Cloud Security

DocXAI runs its infrastructure entirely within highly secure, enterprise-grade cloud environments (such as Microsoft Azure):

  • Network Isolation: All core services reside inside a logically isolated Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) with automated firewall controls.
  • Multi-Tenant Separation: Strict logical authorization boundaries ensure absolute data isolation between tenant configurations.
  • Data Residency: Default storage pathways reside within regional cloud boundaries (e.g., Canada Central/East or US East) matching customer compliance preferences.

3. Access Control & Governance

  • Least Privilege Architecture: Production system access requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) and is strictly restricted to authorized engineering personnel on a logged, need-to-know escalation path.
  • API Safety: Every integration endpoint is secured using unique, cryptographically signed API keys or OAuth2 protocols which can be instantly rotated by the administrator.

4. Advanced Compliance Features

Our platform includes AI-driven PII identification and masking engines to automatically redact names, social identifiers, or financial info prior to long-term database storage, along with tamper-evident account audit trails tracking user/agent executions.

5. Incident Response & Reporting
